Spring Yard Clean-up includes the following:
Fertilization - Produces an attractive lawn, provides great color, density and growth.
Pre-Emergent Fertilizer - Treats crab grass and broadleaf weeds.
Regular Fertilizer – This is a feeding to help strengthen roots during over seeding, winter or when the turf need a boost.
Dethatching – Removes the old compacted decaying plant material that gets build up in the turf.
Aeration – Reduces excess plant material and loosens up compacted soils to help water and nutrients reach to the roots.
Seeding – We use a quality blends of a variety of seeds to meet the conditions of your areas.
Mulching – Mulching planting beds are a great way to add uniformity and curb appeal to your landscape. Mulch also helps prevent weeds, holds moisture and can also add organic matter to the soil.
Redefining beds – Creates definition between the turf and mulch bed. Also when maintained on a regular basis keeps grass from growing into your mulch beds and keeps mulch off the turf.
Leaf removal – Clean up all leaves that have accumluated over the winter months.
Pruning – Pruning trees and shrubs for continued healthy growth.
Weed Control Spot spray and Pre-emergent– Used for highly concentrated areas of weeds.
Topsoil – An organic layer of nutrient rich soil.

We will come to your home weekly, bi-weekly or once a month to do the below maintenance list.
Services start in April and end in November. You can start at any time during the program.
June - July - August
we come out at least twice a month.
- Pull Weeds
- Mulch
- Dead Head/ Pinch flowering shrubs
- Trim Small Trees, hedges, and shrubs
- Apply fertilizers (fertilizers to be supplied by owner)
- Remove debris from larger trees
- Control joints in cement and in between paver bricks (chemicals to be supplied by owner)
- Repair/replace bulbs in landscape lighting (bulbs at owners expense)
Seasonal Maintenance packages are priced according to each individual home and are to be paid for in full for the season the first month services begins.
